Hi everyone, I’m Helen, and I’m really glad you’re here. This circle exists because building a business while living with a chronic condition can be incredibly isolating. We’re often expected to push through, stay consistent, and keep up — even when our bodies don’t cooperate. This space is different. It’s a place where we don’t have to explain ourselves or justify our energy levels. We can talk honestly about what it means to balance health, work, creativity, and life — and share the tools, boundaries, and adaptations that actually help us keep going.
