Annual leadership development program utilizing 12 of the Lean In Circle Leadership series and discussions. Participants that join this circle must complete 10 out of the 12 sessions to receive an endorsed Leadership Certificate. Our circle fundamentals are confidentiality, communication and commitment. Our group meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month, at Sterling Energy's conference center.
