Mindfulness is defined by a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. This Circle is for women of all levels, job functions or geographic areas interested in discussing how to navigate work and life challenges through mindful practices. We will use this safe space to explore how to achieve work/life balance, deal with stressors, problem solve and build a strong support network that will help us be our best selves.
