Lean In Circle Vienna is a supportive and confidential community for women who want to grow as leaders and make intentional choices in their careers and lives. We create a trusted space to share experiences, build confidence, and develop leadership skills through honest conversation, peer support, and mutual accountability. By fostering connection across backgrounds and industries, we empower women in Vienna and beyond to lean into their ambitions—with clarity, courage, and impact.
