Ubuntu Leadership Circle

Our mission

To cultivate a liberatory and healing-centered space where Black women leaders rise together—growing their skills, deepening their self-awareness, and leading with joy, integrity, and intention. Through community, reflection, and shared learning, we affirm the sacred balance between purpose-driven leadership and personal well-being.

About our Circle

  • Meets once a month
  • Looking for members

Ubuntu Leadership Circle is a sacred space created for Black women who are emerging or established leaders seeking to grow with purpose, power, and presence. Rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”—this circle fosters collective growth, emotional restoration, and intentional leadership development. We journey together in sisterhood, nurturing the balance between ambition and well-being, and equipping each other with the tools, mindsets, and strategies to lead with joy, clarity, and authenticity. Whether you’re preparing for your next step or sustaining your current leadership role, this circle honors your wholeness: mind, body, and spirit.

How it works

Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.

Why join a Circle?

We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
