In this circle, we explore not only what we do, but how and why we do it. While our skills and experiences shape our path, our behavior and inner drivers shape our impact. Through reflection and shared exploration, we begin to understand what truly motivates us — beyond external goals or expectations. What is truly important to me? What drives my choices, my energy, my direction? By reconnecting with our internal source of motivation, we open space for clarity, alignment, and more conscious decisions — both personally and professionally. This is a journey of awareness, where insight becomes action, and intention becomes reality. ✨
