We are a diverse group in the financial industry, devoted to set out transforming corporate culture through empowering women to feel permitted in providing leadership with their strong soft skills. It was noted in PwC’s 20th annual survey found that 77% of respondents viewed underdeveloped key soft skills as the biggest threat to today’s business.
So this group is about encouraging and supporting more women to desire to be in leadership roles, and supporting those in leadership roles to use and develop the soft skills that are the key to eliminating contributions to a negative work environment.
