The Toronto Women in Tech Lean In Circle is a safe place for women in technology-related roles to meet at least once a month to learn and explore together. This Lean In Circle is a branch of the Capital One Canada (Toronto) chapter of Women in Technology. Education/learning meetings involve watching an online lecture developed by Lean In’s education partners, and then discussing the topic; circle members can also contribute their own topics. Exploration meetings feature two members sharing personal opportunities, challenges, or decisions, and then hearing feedback from other group members. What's a Lean In circle?
