Lean In The Netherlands was the first circle to be established in the country back in 2014, which explains the name! In practice, members are based in The Hague and surrounding towns. We are a group of women who want to share experiences and support each other in our personal and career development. We usually meet every 3 – 4 weeks, learning from each other and discussing careers, work-life balance and challenging gender patterns. Our group is limited in size so we can get to know each other and all get the chance to share experiences during our meetings.
