The Care Systems Collective

The Care Systems Collective is a voluntary community for women across healthcare systems—including IT, clinical care, operations, and leadership—who support and shape the delivery of care. The group provides a collaborative space to strengthen understanding, share experiences, and build connection across functions and career stages, grounded in mutual support and shared learning. While centered on women’s experiences in healthcare, the circle welcomes supportive allies in select conversations that encourage shared learning and engagement.
