“Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence."
- quote from Sheryl Sandberg's Inspiring Speech at Harvard Business School
LeanIN is an unparalleled platform to connect to all those who are nearby (faculty & students) as well as all those who have been there before (Aluminis).
This Campus Circle aims to foster the development of camaraderie between individuals so that they get an opportunity to twofold their scale of Technical Knowledge by guidance from each other.
As Sheryl says, "I believe that if more women lean in, we can change the power structure of the world & expand opportunities for all!"
We, at Thapar University are blessed to have the culture where males support females to take their own stand instead of any gender biasness. Together, we can make our lives better and our career much more promising! Together, we can create a technical revolution!
Thapar University has such distinguished and intellectual personalities who can enlighten the students so much that they can contribute alot to the expansion of the world's power structure.
So, everyone of you, please come out and speak! As one day, we all need to give it a start!
LeanIn, be confident, encourage each other, ask for assistance and assist people also- as we always grow more if we help someone else growing!
I welcome you all to share this pool of knowledge sharing for all of us linked with Thapar University!

How it works
Circles are small groups of women who come together—online or offline—for real talk and peer support.
Why join a Circle?
We all need a safe space for real talk, inspiration, and support. Right now, we need community more than ever.
