Peer support group of women within financial crime compliance team with the purpose of providing networking platform to share, learn and grow based on Trust, Openness and Care. We will help each other developing relevant professional skills, mastering mentoring skills by active listening, providing access to role models within SCB and externally, creating exposure to SC senior leadership, build a strong network of influencers, mentors, sponsors, and supporters. Our name Positive Progression reflects the fact that the Circle is focused on positive momentum and not negative reflection to aid the progression of its members, whatever form that takes, be it career, personal, inner.
