Building a Better Future, Together, for Women in Safety and Health The National Safety Council's Women Caucus was founded to: Increase the number of women participating and advancing with NSC and member organizations; provide mentoring and development opportunities for women is safety; recognize women for their achievements in safety; and reduced injuries and illnesses in occupations and risk areas unique to women. The Women's Caucus aims to connect like minded safety and health professionals from the top leaders that can recognize and develop talent, to those starting or re-entering the safety profession.
