Our mission
I'm Jennifer Nielsen, I am the Chief Success Coach and owner of Nielsen Executive Coaching LLC (NEC). I do corporate coaching, speaking and facilitation. I am also passionate about AAPI empowerment. I created the OC Inspiring Asian Women Circle as a private space to connect Asian women and allies to facilitate topics that can help all of us navigate, elevate, and create (NEC) our best work and life in the local community. We'll be focused on Leadership Fundamentals for Asian women. Join us!
