Momentum Women MTL is a Lean In Circle created from my own journey of over 30 years leading transformations, building businesses, and coaching leaders. Having seen firsthand the challenges women face in rising and thriving, I founded this Circle to offer a safe, empowering space where women can share experiences, build confidence, and support one another. My mission is to help every woman find her voice, step into leadership, and create the momentum to succeed—personally and professionally.
