At MetLife, we encourage our women associates to lean in through Circles, which are small groups of women who meet regularly, and through the power of peer support, build confidence, gain skills and grow their networks. In an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust, women can speak openly about the challenges they face in the workplace and empower one another to overcome hurdles and achieve their goals. 93% of our participants credit their circle participation with empowering them to step outside their comfort zone, own their own voice, and take their seat at the table. 100% would recommend a circle to their friend.
