Our mission is to cultivate a supportive and empowering environment for female Navy officers in the Beaufort area, particularly within the medical community. Through our Lean In women's group, we strive to foster Professional Development, Networking, Support, and Mentorship to all female Navy officers who wish to further their personal growth.
