Our mission is to provide a community for women in their 20’s to give them support, guidance and encouragement for leadership positions at the beginning of their careers through peer support, mentorship, and network. Lean in Kosovo's Goals for 2016 are: 1. Bring together ambitious women in their 20’s to discuss openly about different topics monthly. 2. Create a circle of mentors who will guide young women in the beginning of their careers by sharing their knowledge and experience 3. Create an active circle of young women who will develop and implement projects that will improve the overall socio-economic environment for other vulnerable women in Kosovo
