Lean In at the American University in Bulgaria will be involved in developing the local female community, both on our college campus and the town community. The Circle aims to educate young women about the leadership opportunities that exist in Bulgaria and the region, as well as to inspire women to achieve their professional and personal growth. Growing confidence, maturity and sharing experience will all be of primary importance to the Circle's mission and values. We hope to create a strong network of female leaders who care about their development and their society's one as well!
