Leadership is about creating a spark in others that will echo beyond your presence. For women in tech, that spark is often dimmed by bias, underrepresentation, and pressure to prove ourselves twice as much for half the recognition. We are interrupted, underestimated, overlooked and still, we lead. LeanIn LeadHership is where we get together to share hard-earned lessons, navigate invisible barriers, learn to lead boldly, elevate others, and ensure our impact outlives our presence.
