Our mission
Our mission is to find common ground, support, and inspiration from one another in the midst of a challenging time and male-dominated industry. We think critically about hospitality, share best practices and out of the box ideas for how to make it better for women and minorities. We aren't willing to accept the status quo or bad habits that have become synonymous with restaurants and hotels. We dare to believe that those could be behind us someday and collectively find ways to make that happen.
