Lean In Women of Color MN

This group is here to provide you with ample opportunities and resources. It's all for navigating, networking and motivation. (College undergrads + career exploration) Resources: Scholarship links, programs, internship postings etc.. You're welcome to connect and even network with individuals online and offline. This is space to hold each other accountable for our goals or give each other support and comfort. Aside from online resources, there will be mentors. To better serve each other, if you have mentored in the past and/or are gifted in writing, mathematics etc.. be sure to post and connect with individuals. I know there are apps you all love to use frequently. Twitter, instagram and facebook being the most popular. But one difference Lean In/Linkedin provides is that it's professionally engaging. However, please utilize other apps as a platform to invite members. With Lean In chapters and circles, it's often recommended that its up to 10 people. That way it helps circles accomplish their detailed goals and makes it easier for everyone to connect.
