Lean In Together Kitsap values the leadership qualities present in all of us and looks to strengthen our individual gifts. We are committed to constant improvement, lifting others to higher elevations and strengthening network relationships through our local community. The traditional Lean In Circle focuses on empowering women to achieve their ambition through personal development, learning, leadership development, and a support system with other females in the community. We felt it imperative to include males within our Lean In chapter as the Kitsap area is abundant with like-minded males who lead their lives with equality being such a core value. Founded by Leslie Pfau and Julia Hammerlund in 2018, Lean In Together Kitsap is a circlefor all people who want to foster growth and development in themselves and support their community while they're at it.
