Lean In Pensacola

Our Lean In circle formed nearly a year ago with 12 young professionals in various industries, occupations and family structures. Relatively speaking, we are all in a similar stage in our career with related aspirations. We meet every month in a confidential, intimate setting and alternate between “education” and “empowerment” sessions.  Empowerment sessions focus on sharing challenges, opportunities and scenarios in our professional careers and gathering feedback, advice and encouragement from one another.  Education sessions focus on topics within three key elements of leadership: 1. Personal Greatness 2. Engaging the Greatness of Others 3.
