This is a circle of women who want to improve their lives in the area of business and want to share advice, ideas, frustrations, successes, connections and coffee. What is shared is confidential. Lean In Oregon Coast Women website. We meet once a month, discuss career and personal goals, discuss different issues each month, and support each other. You can bring business cards. Eventually we will have speakers on different issues pertinent to Oregon Coast Women and we will always learn one new thing. Gender equity is one subject that I am particularly passionate about, and we will discuss issues of importance to everyone in the group. Schedule two hours on the day we meet for lunch and discussion.
