According to Lean In and McKinsey & Company's Women in the Workplace Study, "Nearly two-thirds of men say that the senior leaders who have helped them advance were mostly men, compared to over just one-third of women." Though mentorship and sponsorship are key drivers of success, women have a harder time finding mentors and sponsors, especially ones with influence. Through Lean In Ohio, we aim to build bridges so that more women can get to the next level.
