Lean In Ladies of Sri Lanka

To support the advancement of women by providing Professional and Personal support, guidance and opportunities. These will include six main areas; 1) Networking Opportunities with Senior Management, Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs, (2) Career Development Events that are focused on the development of leadership and managerial skills (such as negotiation skills, personal branding, networking skills etc). (3) Information Sharing where we will invite guest speakers, listen to international talks such as TED Talks, and attend programs which will give us the tools required for success – both at home and at work (4) Sharing of Experiences around a selected topic. (5) Participate in Employee Volunteering activities to support underprivileged women and girls and (6) Our final aspiration is to be a Shining Example to other organizations and working women to take the lead to influence, support and role model the way for women in Sri Lanka.
