Our Lean In Circle in Academia is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive community that empowers women and allies in academic settings to grow, lead, and thrive. We aim to break down systemic barriers, cultivate leadership skills, and create opportunities for open dialogue around the challenges and successes unique to academic careers. Through mutual support, mentorship, and shared learning, we strive to advance equity, elevate diverse voices, and build a more just and inclusive academic
