This is a group focused on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions, and changing the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do. We want to build relationships and empowerment. We want to inspire and support women's goals, openly talk about the challenges women face and work together because we can change the trajectory of women and create a better world for everyone. Lean in Guatemala es un grupo enfocado en motivar a las mujeres a perseguir sus sueños y metas. Queremos construir relaciones y empoderar a la mujer. Queremos inspirar, brindar apoyo, generar conversaciones sobre los retos que enfrentamos en el mundo laboral y trabajar juntas porque solo unidas podemos cambiar la trayectoria de las mujeres y crear un mejor mundo para las futuras generaciones.
