Although everyone’s path to happiness is different, several factors have been identified that consistently tend to make our lives more happy and fulfilling. Doing things for others, connecting to other people, taking care of our bodies, living life mindfully, learning new things, having goals to look forward to, finding ways to bounce back, focussing on what‘s good, being comfortable with who we are, and finding a sense of purpose and meaning - all make for a happier living.
