Lean In DrukWELDP

This Lean In Circle is for the participants who attended the Women in Leadership Development Program from 4th to 16 December 2017 at the University of Queensland funded by Australia Awards. All of us felt strongly that Gender diversity needs to be promoted in our work place and wanted to achieve small wins in this sphere. This effort will definitely take a long time and there is great risk that this Belief we have right now might vanish by the end of 12 months. So this Lean In Circle will be a solution to keep our momentum and "JOSH" going. Through this circle we can look towards each other for support, mentoring opportunities, and meaningful growth through communication based on our learning at the WELDP Course. This can also be the platform to keep in touch and update each other on our RWP.
