Lean In & Win

This is a circle for women balancing the demands of family, ongoing professional development, while working in the psychology, education, and behavioral health industries. We will collaborate regarding the issues women may face and brainstorm more ways women can work together to support each other’s progress, health, and welfare so they can continue to be successful in their professional endeavors and pursuits. No person should need to face criticism or judgement because they value education, growth, and development. This will be a safe space for women to share their experiences with each other and navigate the problems and conflicts they may experience that their male counterparts may be unaware or underaware of.
