Kickoff Meeting Minutes 5/21/17

Participants: Rebecca Breitschopf Loan Bui Kaleb Richardson Emily Deas Greg Dykes Goals of Group: 1.Establish relationships and network with all WSOE’s. 2.Discuss and support one another with achievements and problems in both professional and personal lives. 3.Support one another through Round 1 and Round 2 courses/ exams. 4.Bounce concepts/ ideas off each other for feedback. 5.Support one another through WSOE role. The initial meeting went great! I think this support group will be very beneficial for all WSOE’s as we all hold unique jobs within Shell. In addition to these monthly meetings, I have asked Rachel Murray for the cell numbers of all WSOE’s to be able to connect with everyone. I will create a GroupMe chat, when I am off the rig, for all to participate in.
