Interthinking School Leaders are authentic women leaders who know themselves, what they stand for, what they want to achieve - this moral imperative drives them every day. They possess a clear and compelling vision for their own school's future, owning ambitious goals for pupil achievement, staff development, and community engagement. They have the courage to do what they believe is necessary or right, even when it is uncomfortable and/or difficult to do so. Our members connect as a community of practice - they inspire each other, commit to learn, care and champion.
