In Camaraderie

Hello there! Hope you’re doing well, and thank you for taking the time to read the profile of this circle. Why does this circle even exist? The story is more personal. This group has been formed more deliberately than may be visible, with an effort to bring together women in their 20s and early 30s to share their experiences and support one another. Working in a heavily male-dominated industry, while fighting for a seat and a voice at the decision-making table for myself, I have also craved that camaraderie, hoping to find women in meeting rooms who could be my support and mentors. With this group, I hope to give others a platform to experience that same camaraderie, within a tight-knit group of women from different backgrounds, yet with very similar hopes and challenges.
