Do you lead with strength but feel like something in you is asking for more space? This is your place. A gathering for women leaders who want to talk honestly about how to integrate everything we are, not just everything we produce. Inspired by ikigai (the Japanese concept that describes what gives you a reason to get up in the morning), together we explore four dimensions every leader holds at once: purpose, wellbeing, relationships and resources. Each session revolves around a real story, a concrete tool, or honest conversation among peers.
