Remember that “Together We’re Better.” Whether you just graduated with an engineering degree, are working at a mid-level job, or in a leadership role, it’s time to address topics such as work-life integration, Leadership Ambitious Gaps, and more sponsorships for women in executive positions within the engineering industry. We need to collaborate, educate, and discuss “practical” solutions to produce a culture that reinforces the attitude of seeking balance in an engineering work environment.
