Our Circle provides a safe and nurturing space to explore and transform the challenges that women in HR leadership positions** face. If you want to surround yourself with like-minded women who are vested in their personal and professional growth, and who demonstrate their commitment by actively participating in our monthly meetings, then this Circle is for you.
Beyond merely discussing our challenges and experiences, we will be using Walking In Your Shoes (WIYS®), a technique regarded as “The Future of Coaching” by facilitators in the U.S. and Europe, to lean inward and:
-explore our obstacles and limiting self-concepts
-discover our full potential, and
-take charge of our personal and professional lives with authenticity and integrity.
Besides this, there is another side benefit: the self-awareness, empathy, self-management and relationship management skills you will gain will boost your EQ, which is recognized as a powerful measure of leadership performance, according to SHRM and many other organizations.
As a group, we will be identifying actionable steps and gaging our progress over time. Our goal—as we hope is yours too—is to help you increase the overall happiness and fulfillment quotient in your career and life!
We look forward to working with you and forming a group of dedicated women who recognize the value of investing in themselves!
This Circle is led by communications specialist, entrepreneur and WIYS facilitator, Linda O'Hanlon.
**Due to our focus, only women who hold management positions in HR should request to join. For others, please join my WIYS Circle which is open to all!
