We need to "self-care", this is the message I hear meeting after meeting. Physical and mental health are a fundamental part of life that we talk constantly about but sadly that we tend to overlook. This circle has been created to focus on our health issues, our coping strategies and explore how to manage: health, diet, exercise and lifestyle for not only ourselves but that of our peers and families. Companies, as a direct result, will benefit from staff longevity with improved; morale, reduced absenteeism and ensure a profitable present workforce
