The mission of the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) is to recognize and raise awareness of the significant contributions that women are making to McDonald’s worldwide; advance and facilitate a culture where women have the most opportunity to succeed and grow.

- Pick 2 Mentoring (formalized mentoring program)
- Ask her to lead (checkpoints to monitor balance of women in leadership roles for projects and business priorities)
