Hi, I’m Heather. I’m cultivating a space where conversation is not filtered for comfort, but honest. A circle devoted to the honest exploration of mental health, substance use, the architecture of the brain, financial well-being, and the strategies we lean on to endure and evolve. This is not just a gathering; it’s an intentional exchange. A place where complexity is welcomed, where language is given to what once lived in silence, and where being unapologetically you is welcomed.
