Enough

It’s time to acknowledge all the capable women in your work environment, physical and virtual. It’s time to think about how many more women would be succeeding in that environment if it weren’t for gender bias. It’s time for men and women to support women. It’s time to say Enough when we see women being treated differently because they have taken time out of their careers to spend time with their families. They haven’t lost their ability to do their job. In fact, they’ve probably learned new things that will make them better at it. It’s also time to remember, you are Enough.
