Our mission
Our Lean In Circle exists to empower women entrepreneurs and women in business to step fully into their vision, voice, and leadership. Through connection, candid conversations, and practical skill-building, we create a trusted space where women can learn, share, and grow together. Hosted by Rose + Ember Foundry, this circle blends the power of community with the actionable tools of the Ember Learning Channel—giving members both the support and the strategy to build sustainable businesses.
