We aim to listen to what is causing WAFFLES (worries, anxiety, fear, frustration, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress) and sharing resources on how to dissolve your daily WAFFLES. Open to local (Vero Beach, FL) and zoom members. We meet 2:00 p.m. Eastern each Wednesday.
