From the perspective of a bystander, we begin to understand the barriers to support for victims but also how these situations are affected by culture and environment. This is an open discussion on from women working in a variety of different sectors, to discuss some of their experiences, strategies and resources for dealing with workplace harassment. A legal support specialist will be available to advise and share resources.
