Compassionate Circle

Compassionate Circle is a space of support through compassionate and authentic connection, inquiry, and reflection. Each meeting will open with a grounding meditation then a prompt will be provided where each woman will get uninterrupted time to respond. The other women will reflect what they hear and offer support to the speaker. Advice is only given when requested by the speaker as we trust that we all have the ability to find our own best answers when we are in a community that supports our authentic and true nature. As the group grows there may be specific topics or areas of focus depending on the group's desire.
