This circle is intended to create a space where members of Executive Leadership at the Walt Disney Company can come together and learn from each other. As moderator, I am interested in creating a collective gathering space where we can collectively mentor and inspire one another, provide constructive growth, share and solve problems together, and test out early ideas.
My Reason for Leading a Circle:
Last year I relocated to LA from NYC to join Disney. On the east coast working as an urbanist designer in global development projects, I had a great network of peers and leaders across different disciplines (from artists and architects, to producers, scientists and business analysts). NYC can really be a close-knit community of constructive influencers, and I’m hoping that we can create our own unique diverse community of leaders from different areas of the company here.
Potential Circle Topics:
Topics will range based on the groups’ interests as we build this community together - but you can expect subjects such as: how to build your team’s creativity at work, personal brand communication, shared lessons on leading, taking action on new ideas, goal-setting, and personally tailored topics to be included in the mix.
VPs, SVPs and Directors From across difference segments of the company. Representation from diverse business units will be a priority in the selection process.
We will meet monthly alternating between Glendale and Burbank.
We will meet the first Thursday of a month starting at 7:30/8am. Start time and date is negotiable by the group
