Circle of Support and Caring

This circle is for people who work. It is also for those hoping to find jobs and for anyone in non-traditional working roles. And it is for anyone who could use some support and caring! Healthy debates are natural conversations achieved when maintaining confidentiality and an open mind toward a compassionate learning experience. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. It is important to maintain an open awareness. Please use “I” statements when sharing and refrain from comparing your experience to those of others in the group. We ask all attendees to arrive no later than 15 minutes after the start of the meeting. The meeting starts with brief individual introductions and/or check-ins. Then, a volunteer facilitator presents a discussion topic. After the presentation, each attendee has 3-5 minutes to share their thoughts. Our next Zoom meeting is on Thursday, March 28, at 4 p.m. EST. The topic is grief.
