Cigna Managing the Change Journey

“Managing the Change Journey" for all bands, specifically those who are managers of people. This circle will discuss the steps in the change journey, how to recognize where you are in the cycle, as well as where your team members/staff are in their journey. Managers must maneuver the ebbs and flow of their experiences while helping their staff to achieve desired outcomes. With each step, a plan of action can be put in place to help those around us "opt in" and make a personal choice to be part of the solution. I am very much looking forward to meeting new members and learning from each other’s experiences. Managing the Change Journey is for B-3-4-5, specifically those who are managers of people -BUT ALL are welcome! Together, we will grow in our understanding of how to manage self, help our peers, as well as being part of the solution for our organizations! This is a virtual circle
