Chicago Women's Empowerment

Chicago Women’s Empowerment is a Chicago-based Lean In circle with an emphasis on women in their mid-career. However, all are welcome. The goal of this group is to foster a sense of connection to our coworkers and belonging at our job. We will focus on topics such as promoting equity in the workplace and empowering each other to make progress in our professional and personal goals. We do this through attending the Lean In Circle sessions, using the discussion topics and providing each other with accountability as we carve out time and space for these pursuits in an honest, open and confidential setting. This will start out as an in-person meeting in the Chicago office.
